When it comes to jazz and the saxophone, there is an entire history that must be researched and investigated. Through ear training, music theory, and pedagogical exercises, I promote awareness for the language of jazz, and the mechanics and physics of the saxophone. My ultimate goal is for the student to build upon their pallet of creativity, and to develop the tools needed for performing.
